I used Secure On-Site Shredding for the first time today. The scheduling was easy and I received an estimate for the work before committing. The workers were were on time, very professional, hard working and efficient. In just one hour, they securely shredded 14 file cabinets plus many more boxes of filing. I would highly recommend this company.

I went to fedex with about 72 pounds of paper
I went to fedex with about 72 pounds of paper and they wanted to hold my papers in a bend until a shredding company come pick it up for $107. I called secure onsite shredding and they told me it’ll be between $35-45. Got here and I watched them shred my papers and they only charged me $30. Super fast about 2 minutes tops. They were super friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back to them. Thank you

I took years of personal shred items to Secure On-Site Shredding on recommendation of a friend and based on their process and reviews. I was excited that I could actually watch their equipment at work. I must say, it was impressive and the service prompt, friendly and super easy! I have peace of mind knowing the items were properly destroyed. It was a bonus that this is a woman owned business! I highly recommend them for your personal or professional shredding needs and will use them again!

My sister & I had personal documents
My sister & I had personal documents that needed to be disposed. We found the On-Site Shredding Co. in Richardson and glad we did. The customer service was very friendly and very accommodating towards my sister since she is late in her years. They shredded the bulk load of documents we had and let us watch for our own personal security. We really were glad we went.

I recommend this place!! Katherine was very responsive, flexible, and the service was fast and easy. The price is comparable to UPS or other providers who will sit your paper in a bin for who knows how long before the shredding company comes to do the work.
At Secure On-Site Shredding, I received assistance unloading my paper from boxes into the bin. They shredded it right then and there (you can watch the whole process) AND they provide a certificate of destruction. I highly recommend this business!! 5 stars!!

Tyler went above and beyond to meet our company’s needs! We talked over the course of two days and decided on something that would mutually benefit the both of us! He and his team were on time and extremely efficient. We needed both license plates and paper shredding, and Tyler had the equipment to do both separately. I had decades of old documents that needed shredding at a storage location. The truck showed up on time and the young man was polite and very efficient! The job was completed in less than 2 hours and for a fraction of the price at the well known office supply stores. Bonus, I didn't have to load, transport and unload material. Quality service, excellent price...call them. You won't be disappointed!

Secure On-Site Shredding is great! We had 10 boxes of old documents with personal & sensitive information. The staff helped us load everything in a bin, and then we watched as it was shredded. They were very friendly and professional. Done in about 15 minutes! We plan to use this service much more often. It was easy and secure.

Wanted to get a few boxes of docs shredded
Wanted to get a few boxes of docs shredded. UPS and Office Depot are okay for a few pages but not for boxes. Too slow and expensive. So glad I found Secure On-Site Shredding. Called them and then went by their office. When I got there it took less than 5 minutes. The price was great! Very pleasant people, too. And you can watch the shredding be done in a flash.

Due to high security levels within the company for which I work, we have to meet stellar control standards. It was my job to select a shredding company that we could trust. I am retired from VA Dallas X 3 days. Employees from Secure Site Shredding have always been very pleasant when picking up the documents from the VA. Today, I dropped off personal documents to be shredded. It was uneventful, meaning the truck pulled up on time. Both employees, including Kathryn, assisted us with emptying our bags. This is a great shredding company! Owner actually cares about her customers and the drivers are friendly and professional. I just shredded a bunch of business documents. This is the only place I use to shred important documents. Price is very fair. Customer service is outstanding.

I work at Arrow Systems Integration and we have used SOS since 2009. We were looking for a company that would meet our shredding needs as well as help us make an impact on the environment. SOS has done both for us. We have moved twice in the years since we started using SOS and they have been extremely accommodating. They have come in twice a week at times!
